Made with grapes grown on a plot of sandstone terroir located slightly further away from the majority of the domaine (and thus worked primarily over the weekend—hence the name). Elevated mouth feel and texture, with deep red fruit and pepper from the Grenache and crisp freshness from the Cinsault. A grand, medium-bodied expression of ripeness and acidity.
