Dope, four-day whole-bunch macerated 2022 Chardonnay by Alexandre Wallimann. 40 year-old vines on schist terroir, certified organic. The grapes were selected from both the upper and lower section of the plot in order to provide freshness and complexity to the warm millésime. Aged for eight months in a 228L barrel. 300 bottles made.
