Notes: One of the rare, whole-bunch maceration takes on Gewürztraminer. Evolving nose of pear, orange, and exotic fruits, with vanilla, clove and rhum. Dry and enticing palate, marked by mandarin, spice and (double) clove notes, and a saline, lingering finish. For food, or solo.
