Notes: Elegant and textured, with slight CO2 upon opening and slowly-unfolding complexity that inspires (a few) moments of reflection. Structure and acidity that withstand weeks after initial opening. Harvested in limited quantities and sold primarily within the region, this is the first time that this cuvée has touched soil in the US.
