Notes: The fine loess terroir, formed of wind-blown dust and predominantly composed of clay and sand, is heavy in minerals reflected in the complexity of the grapes. Fresh, thirst-quenching, supple, and balanced. Elegant. Easily drinkable on its own, or paired with lighter dishes.
