Vinification: Destemmed. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, daily punch-downs. Syrah & Grenache of 2014 aged in 400L barrel, untopped. All varieties aged eight months in stainless steel in 2022. Blended before bottling. No fining. No filtration.
Aging: Stainless steel. Bottled June 19, 2023.
