A novel and elegant cuvée of the domaine, made from a select parcel of Grenache. Perfumed and refined nose, with pepper and black fruit. Supple mouth feel with soft tannins, and concentrated blackberry and black current notes. The sand terroir lends a pronounced complexity and elongated acidity, complementing the round fruit and providing a fantastic evolution. Aging potential of 8-10 years.
