Made with grapes grown on a plot of sandstone terroir located slightly out of the way (and thus worked primarily over the weekend—hence the name). Elevated mouth feel and texture, drawing hibiscus and pepper from the Grenache and crisp freshness from the Cinsault. A grand, medium-bodied expression of ripe fruit, matched with acidity.
