Notes: The limestone and sandstone of the hills of the Horn, reaching up east of Wolxheim, serve as a unique setting for terroir-driven wines. Stones at the surface protect the soil, retain heat and aid in the intense ripening of the grapes. Aromatic with light herbal and citrus notes, all backed by profound tension and minerality. Complex and softly-unfolding texture, finishing with mouth-watering and compelling salinity. Easily drinkable on its own; ideal for aperitif. Aging potential 8+ years.
