Notes: The term Edelzwicker dates back to 1644, originally to distinguish the so-called “noble” varieties in Alsace from those deemed to be of lesser quality. This blend is typically an entrée de gamme, made to be drank young, fresh and without over-thought.
Powerfully aromas matched by intense freshness at finish. Vibrant and easy-drinking, with bright fruit and saline notes held together with vivacious tension. Minimal sulfur added as wine was unstable, young.
