Notes: An energetic and aromatically expressive wine from the saline terroir of the Muschelkalk—a Triassic-era sedimentary rock formation formed roughly 240 to 230 million years ago from a former seabed. The terroir derives its name from the abundance of fossilized marine shells present in the soils, and is known for producing structural, powerful wines with distinct minerality and salinity.

The combination of the smooth texture of Pinot Gris and the exotic roundness of the Gewurztraminer creates an enticing and approachable maceration that is delightful, stable, and all too easy to drink.
