Jude and Lucile Spaety of Cabaret des Oiseaux have been consciously building, developing and refining their domain since its creation in 2017. Located on a side-street of the picturesque village of Saint-Lothain in the central part of the Jura region, the majority of their plots surround their home (including directly behind the house), allowing for easy access and a minimal carbon footprint.
